Joel and Willy took personal care to provide both quality design and construction, but also worked hard (really hard) to keep on schedule. Both father and son complement each other perfectly. Joel brings the latest knowledge in energy efficiency technology, while Willy provides thirty plus years of “can do” ability. It’s the perfect blend.

We ended up with a energy efficient home (2 x 6 wall construction, S.I.S sheathing, open cell foam, geothermal etc.) and a design exactly the way we wanted. Thanks again Willy for getting that window in the location that wasn’t possible; and the five foot sliding doors in an unconventional location! Joel, thanks for the energy efficient design – our average electric bill is $100 a month (that includes heating/cooling and hot water). We’re extremely satisfied with our experience and would build again with Benchmark Homebuilders without question!”
