William R. Watkins (Willy) has been in the building and construction trade for over 35 years. Whether he was supervising the construction of a new residence or dedicating years into bringing back the original luster of a local countryside estate, he has been pleasing clients with his knowledge and craftsmanship.

William J. Watkins (Joel) started at a young age learning the construction trade at the hands of his father, Willy. Part-time work quickly turned into full-time, all the while gaining a secular education by means of a reputable home correspondence course. After many years of working together, Joel started up his own successful company that included not only residential but also commercial building application.


After many years of successful individual solo efforts, it was time to join forces once again. Together, we are building our reputation one project at a time.
