Benchmark Homebuilders is a family owned and operated design/build contracting company. With over fifty years of combined construction workmanship and knowledge both Willy and Joel Watkins serve as capable, hands on, project managers regardless of the projects scope. With our own in-house CAD designer, any dream can be designed into a reality.
We have been accepted by the Department of Veterans Affairs as an approved builder. In a further effort to build healthy & eco-friendly homes, we have partnered with Energy Star and EarthCraft of Virginia.
Together as a team, we are building our reputation one project at a time.
